Good for you. More people should do this, and maybe (sooner or later) bastardly agents would stop trying it on, not because they have a change of heart (HA!) but because it just becomes too expensive. Very best for it, I’m sure the tribunal will rule justly (ie. in your favour 🙂

* The Tribunal allows depreciation
