The leasing company, for reasons known only to themselves, have moved hell and high water and my lease has been signed.
I’m getting the car.
I pick it up tomorrow. And it looks like I will have to bring my Paul Kelly CD with me.

Macromedia have just announced the release of Studio MX 2004.
I’ve been watching their Breeze presentations for Dreamweaver and Fireworks (the two tools I use the most) and I can’t wait to get my hands on this software.

Sirens everywhere, and no, not because we finally snapped and decided to wipe out our neighbours. There’s a big abandoned factory on fire a block away. Assuming no one famous dies overnight it should be on the news in the morning.
I never got to see him play but every Tiger knows #17, the most sacred number in Tiger histroy.
His impact on our club is best summed up by Tom Hafey, “I?m quite certain that if you cut him in half, he would bleed black and yellow.”
You will notice I have not mentioned my new car.
That’s because there is no new car.
It is hard to type when your hands keep on pounding imaginary figures of leasing organisers.

People are generally surprised when they learn I follow the hockey, even more so when they realise just how much I love it and my team.
Sure, I saw a Canuck game and I thought it was magnificent but it was the broadcasts of John Shorthouse and Tom Larshied on CKNW that really got me hooked. Check out some of their highlights in the Shorty & Tom Gallery and you’ll see why I try and listen to every game over the net.
