Time Filler
Of all the tings to do; Rae and I alphabetised our Cd and DVD’s today, over 600 CD’s and 120 DVD’s all in neat order. Maybe we need help….
Life between coffees.

Getting Older
Dear God, I actually told Phee to turn down her music today. It’s the beginning of the end.
The Tigers
Still depressed at what an average team the Tige’s have turned out this year. One game from the grand final last year and now we can’t even make the eight.
Weekend
First weekend in the new place, if we can still call it that. Lovely day so it’s all open. The Little Man (ie, Thomas the Cat) has been outside but seems quite content to stay in the courtyard. He thinks he’s so brave. Shopping this morning at South Melbourne Market for veggies and meat the coffee in Yarraville at Cut Paw Paw. This I can get use to.
Marita was over for dinner last night, poor girl has been having a terrible time at work. Think she enjoyed the opportunity to get away and unwind. We even slotted in a episode of Buffy before dropping her back home.
Footy
Tomorrow night the Saints play the Tiges at Colonial. Hoping mum will come down for it otherwise alone on level 4. Sigh.
The House
Is finally getting there. The lounge and kitchen are almost complete now, until we can afford furniture at least – new bookcases have made all the difference. My study is up and running, although I’m thinking of replacing this computer desk with a new one similar to one I bought last week, lot’s more space. I sorted out our budget tonight; a relief to know I can afford to live here and costs almost exactly the same as if I was in Armadale – must check and see how that works! Very happy, just wish we had the garage to chuck some stuff in, but we will make do.
Joy For Readers
I can now spell-check my posts easily from within Internet Explorer, god bless iespell.
Update
Wow, it’s been a week – here’s what happened. Dad’s 80th was a blast, sprained (grade 2) my foot carrying a cardboard box, Rae looked after me and I spent three days at home. Now back at work. Update done.
Later that day.
Saw the 10.30 screening, turned around and went straight back into the 1.30 screening – now for the 9.00 screening tonight.
Oh Boy
Here I am, 31 and I couldn’t sleep because I was too excited about seeing Star Wars this morning. Rae wants to go in now to get the tickets – 3 hours before the screening. Two peas in a pod.
