As we love to do every now and then we went for a stroll around the Queen Victoria Market this morning. We were ambling along when an announcement came over the speakers.
It was a womans voice and suddenly Phee was very excited, she stopped and turned around and asked, with eyes wide open, “Is that the Queen?”.
A note on the QVM web site. Why is this done in Flash and pdf? The flash component simply mimics a HTML site, takes no advantage of any advanced Flash features and will effectively stop people wanting to use the site dead in their tracks. There is no benefit whatsoever from doing their site this way.
Perhaps the designers should listen to my dad. He has a saying that applies to many such web sites : “Just because you can do something, doesn’t mean you should.”.
