Daniel’s Dr Who entry got me thinking.
To the poor person at the BBC whose job it was to mimeogrpah Dr Who publicity material and send it in big yellow envelopes to far away lands, thankyou. It may have been one more thing to do before smoko to you but for a 12 year old disciple, in days before the internet when England, the BBC and Dr Who all seemed a very long way away, it was a real link to something that was a large part of my life.
