Nothing says happiness like an Outlook calendar chock full of hockey games that will actually happen.
With the NHL lockout now unlocked it’s all systems go and the 05/06 schedule was released yesterday. This brought on the annual Aussiefication of the dates and times for all 82 Canuck games (spread over three time zones and four changes in daylight savings – two here, two in Canada) and the construction of the file that lets me import them all directly in to Outlook.
Just 68 days to go until the puck drops.
but will Foxtel (either Fox Sports or ESPN) take NHL games here this coming season?
Yeah Go Canucks! and Go Trevor Linden, one of the classiest hockey players out there. My fave of all time is Steve Yzerman of Detroit. Always trys his hardest to do well for the team and doesn’t whinge, or make excuses. Go NHL!
