At the end of the year

Hey all, tis been a while.
In the news department, Henry rolled for the first time on the 2nd December and hadn’t bothered again in ages. On Boxing Day he decided to start doing it again, every time we left him on his back. The next day, Kennedy decided to follow suit. Now we’re constantly going to roll them back while they are on the floor or even in bed.
This morning I checked the ‘lumps’ in Henry’s bottom gums and his first tooth is finally coming through. I suspect his second is not too far away. Missy is a gummy bear and has no real sign of teeth. You can see them there, but she isn’t bothered by them like Henry has been over the past month and a half. He’s gone through runny poos and the ensuing nappy rash - worse than Phee or Bert ever had. He’s had the whinges with a teeth moving about. He’s obviously a true boy and has the pain threshold that comes with that gender.
They’ve really starting singing and telling us things. The best thing is their recognition of us all. Smiles and grins and just a knowing ‘hey I know you’ look that babes grow around this age. Love it.
Looking forward to the next step of them growing crawling knees and chasing their bigger siblings around the house. I’m sure that’s a couple months off yet!
