A Week Later
It wasn’t my intention to leave people hanging for so long but after the good news came some not so good news r.e one of the twins. We’ve had five days of ups and downs that involved further scans and a test on Thursday night. Friday was the most horrid day I think I have ever had, waiting for the results to come through.
The call came at 6.25pm and our week was book ended by the most surprised I have ever been and the most relieved I have ever been. After a few tears of relief and phone calls to the grandmothers we could finally stop, smile and just enjoy the fact that we are pregnant and if nature is kind we’ll have two healthy kids in one go come late June.
More to come soon but now I’m off to bed to get the first good night’s sleep I’ve had in a week.
