Notes
After yesterday, I’ve been taking notes in my little diary. Just in case you’re interested in a normal day for me and the tyke, here’s a list of what I have so far:
I first noted that I had some thumps at home, and a few whacks in the car, then from 8:50am I began to list…
8:52am squiggle thru out
9:13am you just love it when I’m typing, don’t you?
9:33am ker-thump
9:49am small one
9:50am lotsa squirms
9:56-7am squirms, kicks and thumps
10:01am thump
10:02am whack
I’m going by the clock on my phone, just to keep it the same throughout. Now can you see why I was so worried yesterday? This is ongoing throughout the day, not just here and there, and a little in between. It’s full on. This is how the tyke likes to spend it’s day.
Funnily enough, I noted a while ago that the sound of the keyboard tapping got it going. Next ‘quiet’ day, I’m going to have to type up an essay or something!
It’s now 10:08am on my phone clock. Might be a quiet half hour or so, as I’m off for a walk to get the paper and a cuppa. It all seems to have quietened down for the moment, but I can feel some pressure, like it’s stretching from top to bottom. I am rather uncomfy leaning forward and need to sit up straight when this occurs.
Yesterday was so unusual. The tyke has been told. More your butt, else Mum will be shirty!

They can really fox you, the little turnips, With Alia I had a day with no movement at all, went to hospital and she was right as rain. They told me that your perception of movement can be really altered when they turn to face your spine instead of your belly, or if you have a low or anterior placenta. Still, I am a big believer in ALWAYS checking … its so easy to reassure yourself and once in a great while, something might actually be wrong, and you need to know so it can be addressed.
