Yay!!
I had the day off today, but got a few phone calls.
One was from a friend to say our friend had gone into labour around 3:30am this morning.
The next was from her organising herself, myself and another friend to go visit our friend in hospital on Sunday, as we expected she’d give birth today.
The next was from her again with the good news. Ahhhh…. a baby boy. She’s a lucky new Mum. We’d just seen her yesterday and she was very loudly telling all and sundry that she wouldn’t have him tomorrow (ummm… today) as it would be April Fools Day. She cross her legs to keep him in if she had to!
I guess that theory really doesn’t work….
