2005 is going to be a different one for us. Some pretty big changes are on the way, and we’re not just talking about my shape!

Cos we’re on holidays at the moment, homelife is being reorganised. House is being tidied, garden is being neatened and things in general are being tidied up. Mind, we’re not doing it all at once, and we’re in no huge hurry for it to be done, just getting it done, bit by bit. The grass was cut through the week, the edging done partially on one day, more on the next. Makes it an easier job when you wear yourself out just that little bit each day. Also makes it easier to sleep!

Much as I’m enjoying my holidays and not being at work, I’m sorta looking forward to the last day of my hols.

What? I hear you cry. Are you insane?

Well, maybe a little, so I’m not wishing my holidays away, but I am looking forward to next Friday. That’s the date of our first appointment with the mysterious Dr Max. He’s going to give the belly of mine a little prod and hopefully tell us that all is fine.

It’s a little nerve wracking waiting for that day, I must admit, and I’d really like for it to be here already. But I also love my time away from work, so I am being a good and patient Padawan.
