Tablets and health

I forgot my folate tablet yesterday. First time since I started taking them. Tsk tsk!!

I’m doing the healthy thing. I’ve had two coffees so far today and am unlikely to have another. I had a camomile tea for morning tea break and am having another now. I used to hate camomile tea, but this Twinings brand one seems to be a milder tasting one. Not bad. I’ve been drinking mugs of boiled water. I pour it straight from the urn into my mug, then leave it sit htere for a bit, while it cools and I drink it while it’s still quite warm.

I may not be the healthiest of people, but I’m trying to straighten up and fly right.

    If you like the taste, also try ginger tea, or ginger & lemon … Ginger is really good for fertility (in the trying phase) and for controlling nausea (in the cooking phase :-) I also found vanilla chai tea was a good substitute for black tea or coffee - it tastes reeeaaally nice.
